In 1996, Tim was the founder and Managing Partner of Search Commercial Healthcare & Office Real Estate. He has over 30 years of experience in the property management, leasing, acquisition, and disposition of multi-family and commercial assets nationally. Since he created Gold Star Liberty Investments LLC in 2018, Tim has produced a value of over $1 billion in property sales and leasing through an extensive network of local and national operators, lenders, and investors.
Tim is a graduate of Michigan State University and resides in Dallas, Texas.
Jim has 35 years of commercial real estate investment sales experience centered in Texas and extending throughout the Southwest and Midwest. He has sourced over 5 million square feet of multi-family, medical, general office and retail property acquisitions and represented clients in the sales of several million square feet of properties.
Jim is a graduate of The University of Kansas and resides in McKinney, Texas
